Product Manager - CalypsoAI Inference Red-Team

CalypsoAI is looking for an energetic and hands-on Product Manager to lead our Inference Red-Team product. We’re a venture-backed startup at the cross-section of the two hottest and most dynamic technology sectors—cybersecurity and AI. Inference Red-Team is our newest product that’s just hitting the market. As PM you’ll be responsible for making sure our feature set exceeds customer expectations and leaves competitors in the dust, while giving users powerful, easy-to-use functionality that helps them understand and manage AI security risks.

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1-2 days per week in our rapidly expanding Dublin office.

Key responsibilities

As the Product Manager for Red-Team, you’ll own the product’s success by driving execution, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. Your key responsibilities include:

• Product ownership: Define features, scope requirements, and drive releases while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, business goals, and product usability.
• Agile leadership: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and feature kickoffs; foster collaboration and communication on the team while keeping focus on releases.
• Voice of the customer: Understand the buyer and user personas, prioritise feature requests, gather customer feedback, and distill insights into actionable improvements.
• Awareness & adoption: Demo features, craft release notes, and help sales and marketing understand how to communicate the value and differentiation of the product.
• Process & quality: Continuously improve team effectiveness and efficiency with clear expectations and accountability; test the product frequently yourself to make sure tech and UX debt aren’t creeping in.

Who you are

This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of strategy and execution—a product leader who drives agile delivery, champions customers, and sweats the details on quality and adoption. Some key experiences and skills include:

• At least 3 years in B2B SaaS product management, with a track record of shipping technical products and major features.
• Dual track agile: Experience leading a cross-functional product team and running agile sprint with frequent, regular releases as well as longer-running discovery and definition work.
• Execution mindset: You default to action, course-correct quickly, and are able to make decisions and keep forward momentum with less-than-perfect information.
• Clear communication: You can flex your communication style for the audience, clearly explain the “why” behind decisions, and prefer candor and clarity to jargon and happy talk.
• Resilience and empathy: You’re able to maintain perspective and recover from setbacks quickly, and you help the team stay positive and productive when faced with difficulties.
• Hands-on problem solving: You’re wiling and able to dive into the technical details when needed, and push up your sleeves to do whatever’s necessary for product success—even if that’s outside the job description.
• Bonus points if you have experience in cybersecurity or AI.
